IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the 88tmt online gaming platform operated by 88tmt.cam ("we", "us", "our", "Company", "Operator"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and 88tmt governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators and cannot be influenced or manipulated by 88tmt, Players, or any third party.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 88tmt complies with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, responsible gaming obligations, data protection standards, and consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to request documentation and verification at any time to maintain regulatory compliance.

3Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use 88tmt Services. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal gambling age under Philippine law. 88tmt reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Account balances as required by law.

3.2 Jurisdiction and Location

88tmt Services are available exclusively to individuals physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform and placing wagers. You must not access the Platform or use Services while located outside Philippine territory. We employ geolocation technology to verify your physical location, and attempts to circumvent such technology through VPN, proxy servers, or other means constitute a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Registration Process

To use 88tmt Services, you must complete our Account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and such other information as may be required. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and current.

3.4 Account Restrictions

Each Player may maintain only one (1) Account with 88tmt. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts opened using false, misleading, or incomplete information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of funds. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account to any other person or entity.

3.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access your Account. You agree to immediately notify 88tmt of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. 88tmt shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

88tmt accepts deposits through approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer to designated Philippine banks (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others as specified on the Platform), and such other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) from payment accounts or bank accounts held in your own legal name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as specified on the Platform, typically ranging from ₱100 to ₱500 PHP. Maximum deposit limits may be imposed based on your Account verification level, payment method, and applicable responsible gaming limits. 88tmt reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time with or without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Account instantly upon successful transaction. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process depending on the originating bank and time of day. 88tmt does not control bank processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are legally obtained, are not proceeds of criminal activity, and are not being deposited for the purpose of money laundering or financing illegal activities. 88tmt reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of your funds at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and reporting to appropriate authorities.

5Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals may be processed to GCash accounts, PayMaya accounts, or Philippine bank accounts verified under your legal name. Withdrawals must generally be processed using the same payment method as your deposit unless circumstances require alternative arrangements. 88tmt reserves the right to specify withdrawal methods at its sole discretion.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2 to 24 hours during business hours (Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Philippine Time), subject to completion of all required verification procedures. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds may require additional verification time. Withdrawals requested during weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience processing delays.

5.3 Verification Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal, 88tmt may require you to complete identity verification procedures including submission of government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, postal ID, or other acceptable ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within 30 days of request may result in Account suspension.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits and Restrictions

Daily withdrawal limits typically range from ₱5,000 to ₱500,000 PHP depending on your Account verification level and VIP status. Monthly withdrawal limits may also apply. 88tmt reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments processed over several days. Minimum withdrawal amount is typically ₱500 PHP.

5.5 Wagering Requirements

Deposits and bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Deposit amounts must generally be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds before withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms, typically ranging from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting applicable wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

6Bonuses and Promotions

88tmt offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, time limits, and withdrawal conditions as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Abuse of bonuses through coordinated play, systematic betting patterns designed to exploit promotional offers, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and potential Account termination. 88tmt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions. Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time. Bonus terms are in addition to and not in substitution for these Terms and Conditions.

7Game Rules and Fair Play

All Games on the 88tmt Platform are governed by specific game rules available within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules, paytables, and features of any Game before playing. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators and are final and binding.

88tmt prohibits all forms of cheating, fraud, collusion, chip dumping, use of automated playing programs or bots, exploitation of software errors or game malfunctions, and any other activity that provides an unfair advantage or manipulates game outcomes. Violation of fair play policies will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue affecting game outcome, 88tmt reserves the right to void affected wagers and restore Account balances to their pre-game state. All disputes regarding game outcomes must be reported to customer support within 7 days of the disputed game session.

8Responsible Gaming

88tmt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide various responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. Players may set these limits through their Account settings or by contacting customer support.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to utilize our self-exclusion tools or contact PAGCOR's responsible gaming helpline. Self-exclusion periods can be set for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your Account or open new accounts with 88tmt.

Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing 88tmt Services. We employ age verification procedures and will immediately terminate accounts belonging to underage individuals. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to restrict minors' access to gambling websites.

9Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 7 business days. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees and charges will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

88tmt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, abuse bonuses or promotions, fail to complete verification procedures, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with legal obligations. In the event of Account termination for breach, 88tmt may forfeit all Account balances including deposits and winnings.

10Intellectual Property Rights

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with prior written consent from 88tmt.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 88tmt, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

88tmt's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱1,000), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 88tmt, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, your violation of any rights of another person or entity, or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms.

13Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of 88tmt Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting 88tmt customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

14Amendments and Modifications

88tmt reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of 88tmt Services following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Material changes to these Terms will be notified to you via email to your registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform. If you do not agree to amended Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services and close your Account.

15Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

No waiver by 88tmt of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by 88tmt to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
